Introducing Farsoon eForm: A High-Performance SLS 3D Printer
The Farsoon eForm is a cutting-edge SLS laser 3D printer designed for industrial 3D SLS printing with exceptional material flexibility. With robust small-batch manufacturing capabilities, this selective laser sintering 3D printer produces high-quality, repeatable parts that meet the highest industry standards. Whether you are new to 3D printing polymer technologies or looking to expand your plastic manufacturing production, the eForm ensures optimal productivity, economy, and reliability.

Breakdown Station
The build cartridge is moved to breakout station via the conveyor system. The Breakout Station is fully enclosed and is accessed through multiple glove boxes on the front and back of the station allows the capability of multiple operators while retaining a clean working environment. The built-in air-guns allow for gentle powder removal and detailed cleaning.
Powder Management System (PMS)
Integrated with multiple powder handling process including used powder recycle & storage, new powder supply, high-speed mixing, and powder sieving, the robust PMS system enables a streamlined material workflow with minimum down-time of the 3D printing machines, with improved throughput and lower cost per part.
Powder Delivery Unit (PDU)
The PMS system can also be paired with a mobile Powder Delivery Unit (PDU) which transports the prepared powder directly to the printers. Once there the PDU’s integrated pump transfers the powder into the printer’s powder feed cartridge.
Production Interface
The eForm features an intuitive touchscreen-based UI for easy operation. This makes SLS 3D printing more accessible for users of all experience levels.

Comprehensive Software
The eForm includes a suite of powerful, self-developed software tools for build preparation, machine control, and process optimization. The system remains fully compatible with third-party software and materials, ensuring flexibility in polymer 3D printing workflows.

Cost-Effective Performance
As an entry-level 3D printer SLS system, the eForm delivers industrial-grade performance at an affordable cost. It offers high-resolution SLS 3D prints with detailed precision and functional part production.

Industrial Applications of the eForm 3D Printer for Nylon, PEEK, and TPU
The eForm plastic laser sintering system is a high value proposition system with all the functionality and power of our industrial level systems. This makes the eForm an ideal option from new users entering the industrial additive space to seasoned users looking for multiple machines that are material specific.
Guide for DDH Surgery
Machine: eFormThe 3D printed surgical guide is used in DDH Surgery (Developmental dysplasia of the hip) requires a high level of operational precision. Designed from CT scan imaging data and produced on Farsoon’s eForm system, the surgical guide helps doctors with patient communication and physical practice in advance; it also enables faster, more accurate position for the depth and angle of the implant during the surgery, reducing overall operation time and complications compared to the traditional surgery.

Automotive Carbon Canister
Machine: eFormDesigned to optimize the fuel efficiency of the vehicle, the carbon canister features a complexed structure that requires a long design to market cycle and high prototyping cost with traditional molding. With advanced additive technology the new canister is able to achieve easier and faster design iteration as well as improved fuel efficiency. The new design parts can be produced within one day; it also passes the functional test of maintaining a pressure of 1.5 Bar for 1 minute without any leakage.

Produce patient-specific surgical tools such as DDH (Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip) guides directly from CT scans. These 3D-printed guides improve surgical accuracy, reduce operative time, and enhance communication between surgeons and patients.

Offering industrial-grade SLS performance in a compact form, the eForm is ideal for businesses and educational labs transitioning to additive manufacturing. It delivers high repeatability, precision, and flexibility at a cost-effective entry point.
With full access to laser, chamber, and process parameters—and compatibility with a wide range of polymers (PA11, PA12, TPU, reinforced materials, and more)—eForm empowers users to experiment, innovate, and fine-tune new materials for custom applications.
