Industrial ceramic SLA 3D printer for series production
C3601 Ultimate is the largest industrial printer in the 3DCeram line, with a 600 × 600 × 300 mm build area. It prints ceramic parts without supports, with surface roughness not exceeding 2 µm.
3DCeram C3601 Ultimate is a ceramic 3D printer for series production based on top-down laser stereolithography. The tray moves down as the part is built from the bottom up, so no supports are needed. The printer uses 4 UV lasers and offers 0.03 mm dimensional accuracy.
Paste is loaded into a cartridge at the start of the print cycle, and the cartridge can be refilled during the cycle. The printer comes with modules of different sizes to optimize paste consumption. The parameter-setting module has an open architecture for use with different materials, and machining can be done at any intermediate stage.
According to the description, 600 × 600 × 300 mm. It is the largest printer in the 3DCeram line.
No. Top-down stereolithography builds the part from the bottom up as the tray moves down, so supports are not needed.
Surface roughness does not exceed 2 µm, and dimensional accuracy is 0.03 mm.
