Metal powder sieving station for additive manufacturing
ATO Sieve is a compact, mobile sieving station for small batches of metal powder. It works in an inert argon atmosphere and uses ultrasonic vibration to prevent screen clogging.
ATO Sieve is a compact, mobile and easy-to-use powder sieving station by 3D Lab (Poland) for metal additive manufacturing. It needs little space, fits into a standard laboratory and sieves small powder batches quickly.
The station works in an inert gas atmosphere suitable for both reactive and non-reactive AM metal powders. Using the same ATO powder container, powder moves directly from ATO atomizers to the sieve under argon shielding, without exposure to oxygen. High-frequency ultrasonic vibration prevents screen clogging, and after sieving the station fills the powder container with argon.
It is operated via a touch panel and can be equipped with an optional oxygen sensor.
Yes. The station works in an inert argon atmosphere suitable for reactive and non-reactive powders and helps prevent oxidation.
ATO Sieve uses the same ATO powder container, so powder is transferred directly under argon shielding without exposure to oxygen.
Yes, the station can be equipped with an oxygen sensor as an option.
