Open & Modular
The FLIGHT® HT1001P, like all Farsoon systems, is fully open. This means it’s an open material model, allowing users to fine-tune processing parameters for polymer 3D printing and third-party materials. The system’s modular design also allows for easy future upgrades and integration into existing production lines.
Powder Management
Designed for industrial-scale manufacturing, the FLIGHT® HT1001P system features a comprehensive, closed-loop powder handling system, offering enhanced automation and minimal operator interaction with the powder. The highly efficient top-feed powder delivery, robust roller recoating system, and fully enclosed de-powdering station streamline material workflow, improving productivity, safety, and ease of operation.
Quality Engineering Parts
The FLIGHT® HT1001P is capable of achieving chamber temperatures of up to 220℃, enabling the processing of high-temperature engineering materials such as PA6 and PA66 for direct-use end parts. The system’s patented multi-zone heater and intelligent temperature control ensure uniform thermal distribution, delivering consistent mechanical properties and surface quality for 3D printing polymer materials.

Automotive Spoiler Assembly

In collaboration with SAPW Automotive, this spoiler assembly designed for the new generation electric car features over sized length, multi-directional connections and structure features. Additively produced on Farsoon FLIGHT® HT1001P-4, this functional prototype can achieve optimal size accuracy for excellent matching, accelerated production cycle and strong mechanical properties; making it the perfect option for design verification during the vehicle development iteration.

The Truck Air Inlet System Component is designed for functional verification and fabricated in a single piece in 10 hours using Farsoon’s FLIGHT® HT1001P-4. The produced part showcases high mechanical properties,size-precision at a significant reduced cost compared to traditional manufacturing.
