FFWJ1200 (Red Part Wax)

FFWJ1200 is a 100 % wax–based, high-resolution part wax supplied in 1.5 kg bottles and formulated specifically for precision jewelry pattern printing. Its bright red color offers clear contrast for visual inspection, while its 68 °C melting point and 63 °C softening point ensure smooth extrusion and reliable layer adhesion. With a liquid density of 0.76 g/cm³ (at 95 °C), volumetric shrinkage of just 1.10 % (0.70 % linear), and a needle-penetration hardness of 9, it delivers excellent dimensional stability and fine detail reproduction. Burnout is clean—ash residue is under 0.01 %—making FFWJ1200 ideal for intricate investment-casting patterns.
