FFWJ1100 (Purple Pattern Wax)

FFWJ1100 is a 100 % pure-wax pattern material supplied in 3.0 kg bottles and formulated for ultra-fine detail in jewelry and investment casting. With a melting point of 68 °C and a liquid density of 0.76 g/cm³, it flows consistently through WaxJet nozzles to build crisp edges and smooth surfaces. Its deep purple coloration provides excellent contrast against white support waxes, making it easy to inspect layer fidelity as you print. FFWJ1100 burns out completely with virtually zero ash (< 0.01 %), ensuring that your master patterns emerge clean and accurate, ready for flawless mold production.
