FFWJ1100 is a 100 % pure-wax pattern material in 3.0 kg bottles for fine detail in jewelry and investment casting. It burns out with virtually no ash (<0.01 %).
Overview
FFWJ1100 is FlashForge's purple pattern wax for WaxJet printers. With a 68 °C melting point and a liquid density of 0.76 g/cm³, it flows consistently through WaxJet nozzles to build crisp edges and smooth surfaces.
The deep purple color contrasts well with white support waxes, which makes it easy to check layer quality during printing. Ash content after burnout is below 0.01 %, so master patterns stay clean and accurate for mold production.
