The Single Rod Feeding System is an optional accessory for ATO atomizers that enables ultrasonic atomization of metal rods. It is compatible only with ATO series units.
Overview
The Single Rod Feeding System is an optional accessory by 3D Lab (Poland) for ATO series atomizers, designed for ultrasonic atomization of metals. It enables atomization of material in rod form with a diameter of 1 to 10 mm (the diameter may vary along the rod) and a maximum length of 110 mm.
The best results are achieved with 4–6 mm rods, and the rod surface may have imperfections. The feeder works with cast rods, and the basic version can be upgraded to the Custom Shape Feeder for material in an individual shape.
