FFMS3200 is a 100 % wax support material supplied in 1.6 kg bottles for investment-casting workflows. After printing it breaks away cleanly from FFWJ1200 and FFWJ1100 parts.
Overview
FFMS3200 is FlashForge's white support wax for WaxJet systems. It holds overhangs and delicate features in place during printing. The melting point is 55 °C and the liquid density is 0.85 g/cm³.
The opaque white color contrasts clearly with colored pattern waxes, so supports are easy to identify and remove. The material breaks away without residue from FFWJ1200 and FFWJ1100 parts, which reduces post-processing and protects fine detail through burnout.
