FFWJ1200 is a 100 % pure-wax pattern material in 3.0 kg bottles for robust, high-resolution casting patterns. It melts at 80 °C and leaves less than 0.01 % ash after burnout.
Overview
FFWJ1200 is FlashForge's pink pattern wax. With an 80 °C melting point and a liquid density of 0.85 g/cm³, it offers dimensional stability and low shrinkage: 0.90 % volumetric and 0.70 % linear.
The bright pink color makes visual checks during printing and inspection easier. Like FFWJ1100, FFWJ1200 leaves less than 0.01 % ash after burnout, which suits complex geometries that need strength during the build and clean removal in the burnout oven.
